The Book We Were Never Given
We all showed up here without a manual, expected to just figure it out. On The Other Side of the Looking Glass is the life manual no one gave us, so I wrote it myself. This is a five-volume self-reflection series designed for deep, unflinching emotional expansion.
I wrote this series in two distinct voices because I know we don't all process information the same way. Sometimes you need the poetic, metaphoric gentle truth; other times, you need the direct, realistic, no-nonsense reality check. Both voices tell the same story.
The journey begins with Volume I: Foundations, where we take an honest emotional inventory, learn grounding, and reframe our triggers. Volume II tackles Relationships & Boundaries, exploring concepts like the Container Metaphor—what happens when you love someone whose emotional capacity is simply smaller than yours—and the Invisible String Theory of connections that need cutting. Volume III focuses on Identity, Self-Worth, and Mental Clarity. Volume IV lays out the core philosophy and manifesto of this work, and Volume V dives into Parenting & Family.
This isn't light reading. It's steering your soul through the mud to find the solid ground.
